Training and development in any organization requires a training strategy to achieve success, and a method of implementation. We agree our leaders (as well as our trainers) must have vision, focus, direction, and it only makes sense to put it in an action planning document. So, we integrate a wealth of learning resources into the training process to keep the learning process ongoing for increase retention.
